V době, kdy Madonna sklízela obrovské úspěchy se svým světovým turné, bylo vydáno album, které bylo ve své době novinkou. Obsahovalo totiž jen taneční remixy hitů, ale i řadových písniček, na mnoha místech spojené v celek. Jedinou novou písničkou alba je skladba Spotlight, a to rovněž v rozšířeném tanečním remixu. Originální neremixovaná verze existuje a je registrována, na žádném komerčním ani promo formátu ji ale nenajdeme.

Kromě řadového alba byla vydána i vzácná promo edice - v U.S.A. jednak na CD s obalem identickým s komerčním vydáním a pak také na vinylu v odlišném obrázkovém balení (na obrázku výše). Na obou těchto nosičích jsou k nalezení editní provedení remixů z alba. V Německu byly edity remixů vydány na velmi vzácném picture discu (taktéž na obrázku výše). Tento disk je jediným Madonniným picture discem vydaným v Německu. Jeho cena se pohybuje nad dvěma tisíci korun. V dnešní době jsou velmi rozšířené jeho pirátské kopie lišící se od originálního nosiče jednak kvalitou obrázku na přední straně (včetně umístění středového otvoru) a také zcela odlišnou zadní stranou. Původní pravá deska na ní má pouze seznam skladeb a další doplňující informace, zatímco na bootlegu je k tomu ještě obrázek. Katalogové číslo má nezvyklý tvar PRO-MAD-1.
