Evropská reedice singlu Holiday byla na jaře 1991 realizována pouze na vinylu, na CD byla vydána v podobě The Holiday Collection. Na singlu, jelikož k hitu neexistují prakticky žádné remixy, se objevily albové verze jiných skladeb z 80. let - Everybody, True Blue a Where's The Party.
