Čas od času se najde v Madonnině diskografii singl, který byl komerčně nebo pouze jako promo vydán z celého světa jen v jedné zemi. Takovým případem je i Little Star, zpěvaččina ukolébavka pro dceru Lolu, kterou s sebou máma Madonna brávala do studia, když nahrávala jedno ze svých nejlepších alb Ray Of Light. CD s albovou verzí Little Star (česky Hvězdička) rozesílali na konci roku 1998 Warner Bros. rádiím ve Velké Británii. Jeho cena se na aukčních serverech pohybuje obvykle kolem 100 amerických dolarů. To je v případě nákladu 400 kusů očekávatelné. Občas se ale jako v případě prakticky každého CD objeví kousek za cenu podstatně nižší. Komerčně pak skladba vyšla na \"double a-side\" se skladbou The Power Of Good-Bye.
