Where's The Party je první ze tří promo singlů, které byly rozeslány na konci roku 1987 americkým deejayům, aby propagovaly v klubech Madonnino remixové album You Can Dance. Každý z nich obsahuje remixy dvou skladeb z komerčnho LP, avšak v původní délce.

Písnička Where's The Party byla jediným zástupcem v tomto remixovém projektu, který pochází z alba True Blue (1986). Jako singl z něj ale vybrána nebyla, tím spíš je promo, které vidíte na obrázku výše, vzácnější. Obal je velmi podobný obalu alba, nápis Madonna je však převeden do vertikální podoby po pravé straně.

Remix a dub Where's The Party jsou dílem Shepa Pettibonea, Spotlight mixoval John "Jellybean" Benitez. Kromě remixů na tomto vinylu jsou obě písničky dostupné ještě v editech na promo albu nebo na komerčním 3" CD a 7" vinylu Spotlight.
